Willerby Business Park, Hull

Quartet Design  were approached to produce a supporting package of information for two drive thru units on an existing car park for Burger King and Costa Coffee in Hull.
We undertook an Arboricultural Impact Assessment as well as initial design sketches for the site to reduce any impact on any adjacent existing trees located on the boundary of the Site.
Following the report and initial sketches we developed an overall design package which were submitted and planning approval was granted in 2020.  We are currently detailing a construction package of information for tender and construction.

Vandon House Hotel, Westminster

Quartet Design were instructed to produce a full soft detailed landscape scheme for Vandon House Hotel, which is a prestigious hotel scheme within central London. The majority of the landscape available was located on a podium throughout the different floors of the hotel.
Quartet Design designed the different private and communal roof gardens to a high quality specification and used a variety of planting material as well as a variety of pots to provide the client with the aesthetical feel and finish in which the client required.

Completed: Summer 2020

The Hub, Milton Keynes

Quartet Design were involved throughout the design and construction of the ‘Hub’ development in Milton Keynes.
The hub has become one of the must visit places to socialise within Milton Keynes and during the hot summer months the space is full of people enjoying the experience in which the square gives to the development. The carefully designed seating areas and the attractive water feature to the centre creates an exciting space for people to enjoy.

The carefully selected hard landscape materials ensure a clean and aesthetically attractive space is created. There are strips of lighting incorporated into the paving which gives users a sense of direction to the space.

Chalet Park, Hollywell

Quartet Design were instructed to produce an overview of a proposed Chalet Park in North Wales as well as a detailed landscape master plan for an outline submission for planning.
Our client required a well designed landscape scheme to ensure that the chalet park did not affect the landscape character of the surrounding area as well as allowing the park to integrate with the adjacent ancient woodland. Quartet produced a scheme which included pockets of woodland planting which makes the Chalets feel as part of the woodland fabric. Within the park there are three connecting open spaces for users to use as well as a selection of native and decorative planting surrounding the scheme.
The scheme was submitted to the LPA in late 2019.
